Biography
Gerardo Vaca is a graduate of the Universidad Intercontinental, where he studied Graphic Design career, after completing his studies he received a scholarship for graduate studies in Visual Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan, Poland (Akademia Pieknych Sztuka w Poznaniu) taking classes with renowned Polish artists Prof. Grzegorz Marszalek (poster), Prof. Krzysztof Kwiatkowski (packaging), Miroslaw Adamchzyk and Ireneusz Domagala (illustration), Prof. Aleksander Kuczma and Katarzyna Laskowska (cabinet).
On his return work in different firms and advertising agencies until a few years ago he began to work independently and Graphic Studio creating ongoing design and illustration projects with various companies and institutions such as: Inmegen, SEP, Department of Health, Census, etc. in the publishing world has worked with various publishers, Santillana, Trillas, Castillo, Richmond Publishing, etc.). He has participated in various design and illustration contests, earning various awards, now part of the teachers at CENTRO Design Film TV, an educational institution that seeks to train new artists.
In the world of painting his first exhibition \"Colors Wild \" paintings that shows us the way of seeing and perceiving reality, this young artist.
For Gerardo the creative process is something that requires effort, analysis, delivery, dedication but most of all imagination.
